Building Access

• Main entrance: key fob or door code
• Office door: 4-digit code (changes quarterly)
• After hours: the same codes apply; text Karin if issues

Alarm System

• Arming: Press Arm on the keypad by the exit, enter code
• Disarming: Press Disarm, enter code (you have 30 seconds from entering)
• If you trigger the alarm: Call the security company immediately (number on the keypad)

Guest Policy

• Register guests at reception
• Guests must be escorted at all times
• Issue visitor badges at the front desk

Emergency Procedures

• Fire: Evacuate via nearest exit, gather at the meeting point (parking lot A)
• Medical: Call 112, notify Karin immediately
• First aid kit: Located in the kitchen, above the sink
